- Bundled packages (e.g., A1 + A2) require full, one-time payment with no installment facility.

Strict No Refund Policy: All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance—this includes dissatisfaction, missed classes, technical issues not attributable to us, or any personal decision to discontinue. Once access is granted, your enrollment is confirmed, and no fee reversals are permitted.

5. User Responsibilities and Behavior

You agree to use our Services ethically and within the boundaries of the law. By enrolling, you commit to:

Engaging respectfully during sessions and collaborating constructively with peers and instructors.
Camera & Mic Policy: You must have your webcam on during live sessions (unless exempted by technical issues or instructor approval) and be prepared to participate with a working microphone.

Keeping your login details confidential.
Not sharing or redistributing any Sprachlingua materials without prior permission.

Batch Change Policy: Students are generally expected to complete their course in the originally assigned batch. A one-time batch shift may be allowed in exceptional cases, subject to availability and approval. Requests must be timely and relate to unforeseen, valid difficulties. Shifts will not be permitted for re-attendance or extended access purposes. Additional administrative charges may apply.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials—including course content, platform tools, graphics, videos, text, trademarks, and software—are the intellectual property of Sprachlingua or its licensors.

Learning Outcomes Disclaimer: While we offer expertly developed content and instructor support, results depend heavily on your own effort, participation, and consistency. Your progress will reflect your dedication to attending sessions, completing assignments, and applying the skills regularly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sprachlingua and its affiliates will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including, but not limited to, loss of profits or data—arising from:
